EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parts, the period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision through a clear statement before the period expires. You may email me at emily@crystalflare.co with your order number, or complete and send the model form below.
