Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Hanoi, Vietnam.
Processing time: 1–5 business days
(Each kit is carefully prepared and packed before shipping.)
During busier periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer, and I'll always do my best to keep you updated if that happens.
Shipping cost:
- Free for orders $50 and over
- Flat $5 for orders under $50
Carriers:
- United States: USPS
- All other countries: YunExpress
Shipping time: Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States, United Kingdom, and Australia: 7–12 business days
- Canada and other EU countries: 8–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally be affected by factors outside of my control, such as customs clearance, local postal service delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
Customs duties & import taxes:
I believe in transparent, worry-free shopping, which is why I personally cover all customs duties and import taxes on every international order. This means you will never be asked to pay any additional fees when your parcel arrives at your doorstep — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, I'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way. If you ever have questions about your shipment or notice something unusual with the tracking, feel free to reach out — I'm always happy to help.
